Mango Chilli Dip

Can be made the day before.


  • 1 large ripe mango, flesh all removed from stone
  • ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • Juice 2 large limes
  • 125mls coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp very finely chopped Thai basil
  • salt

Leave to stand for 10 minutes, re stir and serve.
