Cooking at Christmas is often a lot more stressful than it needs to be, but if you follow my Christmas Day timetable, you won’t have to worry about it. So, whether you are worried when you should be putting those roast potatoes in the oven or if the turkey will be juicy enough, I have it covered, and everything will come together for that perfect Christmas lunch.

Not to mention some of my favourite recipes to use up those leftovers on Boxing Day, so nothing gets wasted this year.
