I had the pleasure of attending the Bishop Auckland Food Festival, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the delicious aromas of various foods from around the world.
The festival was held in the picturesque market town of Bishop Auckland, and it was bustling with food vendors, live music, and excited festival-goers. There were so many different types of food to try, from street food to fine dining, and everything in between.
One of my favourite things about the festival was the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available. I was pleasantly surprised to find that many of the food vendors had creative and delicious plant-based options on their menus. Aside from the food, there were also cooking demonstrations, workshops, and talks from local chefs and food experts and me!
