Ingredients
 

  • 425 g can asparagus, drained really well and pressed to get out the moisture
  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish

Instructions
 

  • Blitz the drained asparagus in a food processor until you have a chunky puree.
  • Spoon into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve.
