- 425 g can asparagus, drained really well and pressed to get out the moisture
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 5 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
- Blitz the drained asparagus in a food processor until you have a chunky puree.
- Spoon into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
