Ingredients
- 250 g red or white cabbage very finely sliced, best on a Japanese mandolin
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp any vinegar
- 2 pinch caster sugar
- 4 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together really well leave for an hour before eating if you can.
