Ingredients
 

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 30 ml any milk
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 small carrot, finely grated
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small lemon, finely grated zest
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, roasted chopped skinned

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients really well, cover and pop in the fridge overnight, stirring occasionally.
  • Just before serving, stir through the hazelnuts and top with a few more plus a little grated carrot.
