- 100 g rolled oats
- 30 ml any milk
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 small carrot, finely grated
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 small lemon, finely grated zest
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts, roasted chopped skinned
- Mix all the ingredients really well, cover and pop in the fridge overnight, stirring occasionally.
- Just before serving, stir through the hazelnuts and top with a few more plus a little grated carrot.
