Ingredients
- 4 tsp tarragon Dijon mustard, heaped teaspoons
- 110 ml soya milk
- 225 ml olive oil , or 50 50 with sunflower or rapeseed oil
- 50-75 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 100 mls water
- ½ jar lumpfish roe
- 4 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a measuring jug.
- Blitz with a stick blender, and the whole thing will come together nicely in seconds
- Finally, add enough water to form a nice consistency.
- Add Siracha to taste and stir in the half-jar of lumpfish roe and chopped chives.
