Ingredients
 

  • 350 g frozen fruits, e.g. Black Forest mix or red fruits
  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 25 g icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • The fruits should be frozen or semi thawed; put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse to blend, just until you have the right texture.
  • Transfer to ice-pop moulds if you have them, otherwise to a clean, sealable container and freeze until solid.
  • Allow thawing a little before serving.
