Ingredients
 

  • 350 g frozen fruits, such as Black Forest mix or red fruits
  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 25 g icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • Put the frozen fruit, yoghurt and icing sugar into a food processor and pulse to blend to the required texture.
  • Transfer to lolly moulds if you have them, otherwise to ice-cube trays or an airtight container, and freeze until solid. Allow them to thaw for a while before serving.
