  • 8 small rolls, sliced vertically
  • 50 g salted butter
  • 200 g Mrs Kirkham’s unpasteurised Lancashire cheese, lightly grated
  • tomato chutney, (see recipe below)

Instructions
 

  • Lightly butter the split rolls
  • Add the crumbled cheese (at room temperature)
  • Top with a little chutney
  • Serve
