  • 200 g small tomatoes, baby plum
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno pepper, drained and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 1 lime, juice
  • bunch fresh coriander, finely chopped

  • Mix the tomatoes, onion, peppers, garlic, lime and coriander. Try to leave for 30 minutes before serving.
