Ingredients
- 5 tbsp chopped parsley, heaped
- 8 tbsp chopped fresh ramson (wild garlic)
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp drained capers
- 4 salted anchovy fillets
- 100 extra virgin olive oil, roughly
- 1 pinch hot chilli powder
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until you have a chunky puree
- Serve with grilled meats such as pork, lamb chops, or grilled fish such as whole lemon sole or grilled swordfish
