Ingredients
 

  • 5 tbsp chopped parsley, heaped
  • 8 tbsp chopped fresh ramson (wild garlic)
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp drained capers
  • 4 salted anchovy fillets
  • 100 extra virgin olive oil, roughly
  • 1 pinch hot chilli powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until you have a chunky puree
  • Serve with grilled meats such as pork, lamb chops, or grilled fish such as whole lemon sole or grilled swordfish
