Ingredients
 

  • 8 thin slices pumpernickel or similar
  • 250 g thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 pinch salted butter
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 50 g mock caviar
  • lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Lightly butter the bread on one side.
  • Carefully lay over the salmon evenly and perfectly, and press down.
  • Top with caviar and a dusting of ground pepper.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
