  • 1 large ripe mango, flesh all removed from stone
  • ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • juice 2 large limes
  • 125 coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh Thai basil, very finely chopped
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Liquidise everything together well
  • Leave to stand for 10 minutes, re stir and serve.
