Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango, flesh all removed from stone
- ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
- juice 2 large limes
- 125 coconut milk
- 2 tbsp fresh Thai basil, very finely chopped
- salt
Instructions
- Liquidise everything together well
- Leave to stand for 10 minutes, re stir and serve.
